In a (digital) world where things are semi-permanent and everything is interpreted uniquely, corrections are needed! If anything, needing to correct something or ask for forgiveness from you, the reader, is qualification for the grace of God – not disqualification. And with the increasing rate of robots, AI and tools replacing real conversation, this is needed to allow for such adjustments as AI tools often do not “need them”. Have you ever tried to get a refund from a chatbot on a retail site? This type of escaping responsibility by allowing a tool or site or robot to interfere and provide cover is needed more so than ever in today’s digital world!
