Welcome

When you’re unsure of where to go, what next steps to take, or how to move forward, God’s will is found within these things. God’s will is not simply ‘do these three things;’ rather, God’s will…will be discovered as do, and go through these things.

The Starter Kit

Today is the Day; your answer is on the way!  Your next step is not a mystery and shouldn’t be for one moment longer. Today, you can leave behind any anxiety or insecurity about finding God’s will for your next season of life.

The answer is here, but be sure not to take this key at face value, and do not let offense at what seems obvious keep you from understanding how it works. Are you ready? Here it is:

Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

Bear with me for just one moment; this verse is deeper than it appears.

The key to the verse is this: instead of reading that those ‘things’ (i.e. rejoicing, praying, giving thanks) are God’s will for your life, try re-reading it again as this: God’s will for your life is found within those things.

This is the key.  When you’re unsure of where to go, what next steps to take, or how to move forward, God’s will is found within these things. God’s will is not simply ‘do these three things;’ rather, God’s will…will be discovered as do, and go do, and go through these things.

But the best part is this: it works almost instantly.  Don’t wait to get to your prayer time when you get tempted to overthink your next move in life. These three things can be used right within your stuck or swirling moments, and will instantaneously change your path for the better.

Be sure: love must be sincere.  You must first surrender your need for the answer, and then start the process of rejoicing. You can’t hold God hostage in your heart saying, “I’ll rejoice when I get my answer.” No – Rejoice  now in anything you can think of – you must go higher than your current need for a decision and your current responsibilities.

In doing this, your heart will be recalibrated on-the-fly to be able to hear the answer you’re needing. Simply surrendering your desire for the answer is only half of the battle; doing the ‘three things’ is the other half that quickly transforms you, and makes you like Him. All of this within mere moments.

You can you go from being inward, insecure, and unsure and then move to free, focused and ready. Then once you’re free, it’s now up to the Lord to give you your answer. Sometimes he will speak right within those moments: what to do next, or where to go tomorrow – just like turning on a lightbulb. But sometimes you may be left still waiting for your answer, and you will have to continue press in over a longer period of time.

If you are still waiting for an answer having already done ‘these three’, it still won’t have been in vain. You will now be prepared for just the next step. You will have been prepared, made free and courageous enough to take the next step you feel he is leading, despite not knowing yet the full way.

Once you’re free, once you have recalibrated yourself through your rejoicing, praying and giving thanks, hearing becomes so easy. And when you hear, you will know his perfect and pleasing will.

You will not have to guess or hope it so, or try to manifest good-intentioned thoughts thinking that’s God will – you can be sure. His will is a real thing, it’s specific to you, and He will deliver.
